Creating organizations that value diversity require a recognition that diversity challenges exist and can create barriers to effective performance and service delivery. This checklist is designed to raise awareness, identify issues and provide beginning steps for taking action. Check any of the following situa-tions you notice and/or are experiencing in this collaborative effort.

PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE AND AWARENESS:
