Dr. Iyechad (pronounced e-yhad) is an Extension Agent with the University of Guam Cooperative Extension. Her areas of concentration include cultural diversity and family dynamics, and are evidenced in her sixteen-year work history of service and education to numerous Native American community groups, particularly Pacific Islanders.
Dr. Iyechad received her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Guam and earned a graduate degree in Human Relations from University of Oklahoma. She has also recently completed the requirements for a doctorate degree in Social Work and Social Research from Bryn Mawr College, Pennsylvania.
Lilli joined the membership of the National Network for Collaboration in 1995 and employs the collaboration framework in her dealings with human development. She also uses her skills as an Individual, Marriage and Family Therapist to work more effectively with children, youth and families-at-risks.
