Rutgers Cooperative Extension Dr. Clark has served as Assistant Director of Rutgers Cooperative Extension and Chair of the Department of 4-H Youth Development for three years. Prior to his current position, Richard served as Director of the Ohio Center for Action on Coalition Development for three years and helped establish the National Network for Collaboration. He is nationally known for his expertise in coalition development, team building, conflict management, and youth program management. Dr. Clark also served as an Extension 4-H Specialist in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming an Extension Specialist, Dr. Clark was a county 4-H and horticulture agent in Virginia. Dr. Clark has a B. S. degree in Horticulture and a M. S. degree in Adult and Continuing Education from Virginia Tech. His doctorate is in Agricultural Education/Extension Education with a minor in personnel and organizational development from the Ohio State University.
