Katherine Paterson's books have received wide acclaim and been published in twenty languages. She has received numerous book awards, including two Newberry Medials for Bridge to Terabithia and Jacob Have I Loved. She has received two National Book Awards, and her novel Lyddie was chosen to represent the U.S. for Writing on the biennial Honor List of the International Board on Books for Young People.
Reeve Lindbergh is a poet and essayist. She has written several books, including The Names of the Mountains, The View From the Kingdom, and Moving to the Country. Her children's books inclucle Benjamin's Barn, The Midnight Farm, The Day the Goose Got Loose, and Johnny Appleseed.
