The identified causes of these community needs were:
- Lack of youth activities
- Family Breakdown
- Friends are Bad Influences
- Unemployment/poverty
Barnet's ECA Community Team chose to concentrate their efforts on improving community-based programs for youth with a special focus on grades 7-12.
