PAYMENT:

$1000 scholarship is available per state strengthening project. Information on the reimbursement process will be given to each state at the training.

Fees must accompany the registration form. Conference fees are non-refundable.

Room rates:

$125.00 -- $10 for each additional person
(4-6 people allowed/room)

Room rates include full breakfast and afternoon cocktails.

Parking is available $5.00/day which includes in and out privileges.


TRANSPORTATION INFO:

Limo: Indy Connections - 317-241-7100 ----$8/person one way.

Indy Connections is located at the Indianapolis International Airport Ground Transportation Center.

When arriving at the airport, go downstairs to the baggage claim area and collect your luggage, then follow the signs reading "Ground Transportation Center" to baggage claim area #2, which is Northwest Airlines. Walk outside and across the street to the glass enclosed Ground Transportation Center located at the lower level of the parking garage.

Go inside the Center to the first counter marked Indy Connection and let the representative know or pick up the direct line courtesy phone on the counter. The phone will ring into INDY's reservations office. A vehicle will arrive within 10 minutes to transport you to your destination.
