Undergraduate Fall
Enrollment in the School of Nursing for the
University of Vermont and the University of Austin Texas

These
data I have chosen to compare is the percentage of women enrolled in nursing at
the University of Vermont and the University of Austin Texas (1995-2001.) To best represent these data I gathered, I
chose to use a bar graph. These data
were found using the internet. The main
website from which these data were linked from (for the University of Austin Texas) was http://www.utexas.edu/academic/oir/. I feel that this was a reliable source to
gather data from, because it was created by the University that I am
researching. I also gathered data on the
University of Vermont.
These data were liked to the main web page (http://www.uvm.edu/~isis/?Page=uvm.htm./)
I believe that this to was a reliable source of information. Again, the information was gathered and
written by the University that I was researching.
These data are interesting. Overall, the University of Vermont has a greater percentage of women
enrolled in the school of nursing each year compared to the University of Austin Texas.
It also appears that there is a vast difference in enrollment in the
school of nursing at the University of Vermont and the University of Austin Texas between 1996-1998. In contrast it appears the enrollment percentage
is almost the same between 1999-2001.
The trend overall appears to be an increase in the enrollment percentage
in the school of nursing at the University of Austin Texas.
At the University of Vermont, the basic trend is for the enrollment
to stay about the same.
