Please note the Cashier’s Office is observing summer office hours beginning Thursday, June 23 through Thursday, August 18, 2016. Public-facing hours are 9 a.m. - Noon M/W/F and 1 - 4 p.m. T/Th.
Petty Cash approval hours in General Accounting will mirror the Cashier’s Office hours. Effective June 23rd, the summer schedule for the Cashier’s Office and Petty Cash approvals will be 9 a.m. - Noon M/W/F and 1 - 4 p.m. T/Th.
As always, departmental deposits or payments on account may be left in the depository box outside of the Cashier’s Office before/during/after hours. The depository box is checked several times throughout the business day. As a reminder, June 30th at Noon is the FY16 deadline for cash receipts/transmittals to be deposited to the Cashier’s Office.
For those requesting a travel advance, please be aware that travelers may elect to receive an advance via direct deposit or in the form of a check, in lieu of cash.
