Location: Flynn Center for the Performing Arts, 153 Main Street, Burlington

Doors Open:
2:30 p.m.
Line-up Location: Backstage at the Flynn Theatre, enter through the alley off Church Street. Students should avoid bringing personal belongings to the line-up as there is limited space back stage and CEMS will not be responsible for any loss.
Line-up Time: 2:45 p.m.
Regalia:Students and faculty should arrive at the line-up location wearing their regalia (there is limited space back stage at the Flynn for peronal belongings).

Diplomas:
Diplomas will be awarded at the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences ceremony. Unclaimed diplomas will be returned to the Registrar's Office. After Sunday, May 21, diplomas may be picked up at the Student Service Center located on the 3rd floor of the Waterman Building during the following times: Monday, May 22: 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday - Friday, May 23 - 26: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Remaining diplomas will be mailed during the week of May 29.

Seating Assistance:
Please consider your mobility needs for the day. Ceremonies and receptions are generally a short walk or shuttle bus ride apart. UVM will have a limited number of wheelchairs available to transport guests needing assistance at each ceremony venue between the venue’s main entrance and their seat. Please note, guests will not be able to remain in the transport wheelchair during the ceremony, because UVM is unable to provide a wheelchair for all-day use. For assistance with a wheelchair at the end of the ceremony, please locate an usher wearing a yellow vest. If a wheelchair is needed for the full day, we recommend checking with local area vendors for availability. Photographer: GradImages, a professional commencement photography business, will photograph each student at their college/school ceremony.  Pre-event registration is encouraged. Visit the GradImages website to pre-register or to order prints. Please note, that photos take up to 72 hours to become available on the GradImages website. Prices start at $9.95.
Video: A DVD of this ceremony will be available for purchase from the UVM Bookstore. Pre-orders may be placed online beginning Monday, March 20th.
Live Webcast: Commencement Live
Shuttle Buses: A dedicated shuttle will run between the Flynn Theatre, Hilton Burlington Hotel, and Allen House (or Patrick Gym, rain venue for the main ceremony). Buses will run every 10 minutes.
