Location: Flynn Center for the Performing Arts, 153 Main Street, Burlington

Doors Open: 11:00 a.m.
Line-up Location: Backstage at the Flynn Theatre, enter through back entrance via the alley off of lower Church Street. Students should avoid bringing personal belongings to the line-up as there is limited space back stage and BSAD will not be responsible for any loss.
Line-up Time: 11:15 a.m.
Regalia: Students and faculty should arrive at the line-up location wearing their regalia. (Note: there is limited space backstage at the Flynn for personal belongings)

Diplomas: Diplomas will be awarded at the BSAD ceremony. Unclaimed diplomas will be returned to the Registrar's Office. After Sunday, May 17, diplomas may be picked up at the Student Service Center located on the 3rd floor of the Waterman Building during the following times: Monday, May 18: 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday - Friday, May 19 - 22: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Remaining diplomas will be mailed during the week of May 25th.

Seating Assistance: Please consider your mobility needs for the day. Ceremonies and receptions are generally a short walk or shuttle bus ride apart. UVM will have a limited number of wheelchairs available to transport guests needing assistance at each ceremony venue between the venue’s main entrance and their seat. Please note, guests will not be able to remain in the transport wheelchair during the ceremony, because UVM is unable to provide a wheelchair for all-day use. For assistance with a wheelchair at the end of the ceremony, please locate an usher wearing a yellow vest. If a wheelchair is needed for the full day, we recommend checking with local area vendors for availability. For other accommodations and requests, please refer to our Deaf and Disability Accommodation Request Form.
Shuttle Buses: A dedicated shuttle will run between the Flynn Theatre, Hilton Hotel, and Allen House (or Patrick Gym, rain venue for the main ceremony). Buses will run every 10 minutes.
