Areas of Interest: Institutional arrangements for community-based resource management, especially as they affect equity and sustainability in: climate change policies, community-based forestry, forest carbon markets, forest certification, multi-scale collaborative processes, socioeconomic monitoring, social entrepreneurship, watershed organizations, wildfire management policies, woody biomass energy, and the working forest.
