Remove white space between pages in the Print Layout view
Launch Word 2007, click the Office button, and click the Word Options button. Next, select the Display option. Under the Page Display Options area, uncheck the Show White Space Between Pages In Print Layout View checkbox. Click OK to save your changes. The white space should be gone, but you’ll still see a dark black line separating your pages. Still, this can be a lot easier when you’re reading or editing a document
