See Document Formatting
To see the formatting of selected text:
Format | Reveal Formatting.
A window will open along the right side of your page that lists the specifics of your selected text.
To see all of the text in your document that has the same formatting
- Move your pointer into the Selected Text box.
- Click the Down arrow that appears.
- Select the Select All Text With Similar Formatting entry. Word will highlight all the text in your document with those format attributes..
