Address From Word Document
- Open the document.
- You can print envelopes on the fly from a business letter or any other document that has address information at the top of the page.
- Click Tools | Letters And Mailings Envelopes And Labels.
- This opens the Envelopes And Labels dialog box.
- Select the Envelopes tab.
- Word looks at the top of the document for mailing information. It will show the data in the Delivery Address box if it sees something it recognizes. It leaves the box empty if the data at the top doesn't look like an address. Word isn't perfect at this trick, but you can change the information in the Delivery Address box if what Word has placed isn't an address.
