  • Select line.
  • Line color button on Drawing toolbar.
Connector- draw between shapes Drawing Toolbar | AutoShape | Connectors
Flow chart- create
  • Drawing Toolbar | AutoShape.
  • Choose an AutoShape.
  • Draw the shape in slide view.
Shape- change color
  • Select shape.
  • Fill color on Drawing toolbar.
Text- add to connector Draw a text box next to the connector:
  • Insert | Text Box.
  • Turn the box to align with connector.
Text- add to shape
  • Right-click the shape.
  • Select Add text.
Text- edit
  • Right-click the shape.
  • Select Edit text.
