If you want to use another e-mail program besides Outlook Express, it's easy to associate your program of choice:

In the Internet Explorer Menu, go to: Tools | Internet Options | Programs tab.
Under the Email area, click the downward-pointing arrow and select your email client.
Click the OK button to save your changes.
