You can use the Series command to fill data into worksheet cells in 2 ways

1. From the Edit menu
• Edit | Fill | Series
2. Auto Fill Options
• To display: Tools | Options |Edit Tab| and select Show Paste Options buttons
• Select "Allow drag and drop".
• To avoid replacing existing data, select "Alert before overwriting cells".
