Hide Cells
To make a cell be invisible, present, and still used in calculations, but unseen by users (in printed worksheeets- value still appears in the forumula bar):
- Select the cell to hide.
- Go to Format | Cells | Numbers Tab | Custom.
- In the Type field, delete what's there and type ;;; (3 semicolons).
