Graduate students are expected to report on an analysis of a data set of their choosing. This report is due at the end of the scheduled final exam period. The report will consist of a brief introduction to the problem or question (1 page), a methods section describing the data and analysis (3 pages), a results section that presents the results of the analysis (2 pages) and a short discussion of the results in a discussion section (2 pages). There should be a maximum of 5 tables and/or figures (combined total). The report should use 12 point font and be concise and well written. Your R code must be included along with test / simulated data with known parameters that can be recaptured to insure that the code works.
