Englesby House, located at 112 South Williams Street in Burlington, VT, was designed in colonial revival style by Wilder and White Architects of New York City in 1914.  The facility includes a basement and three above ground levels, totaling approximately 9,000 sf and was originally designed as a residence, was used as dormitory space to house students, and since 1958 has been used at times by the University’s presidents as their residence as well as for University functions.  This property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 

The work includes interior finishes, electrical and mechanical upgrades including installation of air conditioning and replacement of the existing heating system, kitchen upgrades, renovations to bathrooms, third floor refurbishment, total roof replacement, reconditioning of windows, exterior trim repairs and masonry and mortar restabilization.
