The WE Research Team would like all research participants to be aware of the resources that are available to them on and off campus if they would like to talk to someone regarding personal health and wellness.

All UVM students have free access to UVM Counseling and Psychiatry Services. To set up an appointment you can contact Student Health Services at (802) 656-3350 or Counseling and Psychiatry Services (CAPS) at 802-656-3340.

If you need immediate attention, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 or text “VT” to 741741 to access the Vermont Crisis Text Line.

If you want to learn more about strategies for drinking responsibly/healthy drinking habits, contact Tom Fontana, tfontana@uvm.edu, BASICS program coordinator. BASICS is a free service to UVM students.
