Please include a short description of the issue in the subject. For example, if you need help installing software, fill in “Software Install Request [software name]” instead of a non-descriptive subject line such as “Help” or “Support Request”.
We will reply to your request as soon as possible!
Staff from VACC / SAA Research Computing are also holding weekly office hours. Please drop in if you have questions or just to say “Hi” and meet the team that supports the VACC.

You don’t need to sign up in advance; just drop in at any point in the office hours when you have time! Note that this does not replace an email to vacchelp@uvm.edu as your primary support contact – we may still ask you to submit a ticket if a request is something that we can’t handle in the virtual cafe.
