Help for getting certain handheld devices onto the UVM wireless network is available at the Tech Team carry-in center in the Bookstore. Handheld and mobile physical devices are not supported by the UVM Tech Team. If an individual tech has knowledge about the handheld, they may be able to give some assistance, but technicians do not support all of the various smart phone and tablet models in use at UVM. Using the support for your device provided by the manufacturer or provider is a good alternative.
ETS documentation and resources are available and there is a mobile mailing list which you can subscribe to. Using the listserv, you are able to direct questions to ETS Staff members who may be better able to help. The online documentation and resources hold information about email and calendar settings.
