SEGS Lab Research Projects: Food Security

SEGs lab researchers are assessing policy and intervention strategy to improve food security and access to nutritious foods. Specifically, to identify both existing and potential policies that could be better leveraged or implemented to support civic agriculture and equitable access to healthy food. SEGs lab research in food systems also revolves around the role of networks and the resilience of Vermont agriculture in the face of climate change.
