The program has two hub locations, one at the University of Vermont which is a partnership between UVM Extension and the Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources, and the other based out of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and the Lake Champlain Research Institute. Interns serve as Watershed Educators providing educational programming in schools and other academic settings throughout the basin.
