Lake Champlain Sea Grant also conducts and shares training and provides resources for marina owners and boat operators about\u00a0oil spill prevention and response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crude Oil Transport in the Lake Champlain Basin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In New York State, a major rail line&nbsp;transports crude oil along the length of Lake Champlain\u2019s western shoreline, bringing crude oil from Montreal, Quebec to Albany, New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a
