DESCRIPTION:Join the Lake Champlain Basin Marine Debris Coalition for a waterfront Cleanup at Foam Brewers on Saturday\, August 29\, 2026! \nVolunteers will spend the morning removing debris from the Burlington waterfront before gathering back at Foam Brewers to sort and catalog the debris\, enjoy a complimentary beer and snacks\, and celebrate a successful cleanup with fellow community members. Whether you’re coming on your own\, with friends\, or as a family\, we’d love to have you join us. Sign up here! \nEvent Schedule \n\n10:00 AM: Check-in and cleanup begins. Meet at Foam Brewers!\n10:00–11:30 AM: Shoreline cleanup\n11:30 AM: Return to Foam Brewers to sort collected litter\, enjoy complimentary beer and snacks\, and connect with fellow volunteers\n\nWhat to Bring: Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty\, closed-toe shoes\, and bring a reusable water bottle. Cleanup supplies will be provided. If you have your own gloves\, bucket or picker\, please feel free to bring along! \nAfter the cleanup\, volunteers are encouraged to stick around for the afternoon community celebration at Foam Brewers\, featuring a special beer release\, live music\, lake trivia\, raffle prizes\, and more—all in support of protecting Lake Champlain!
