Carolyn moved to Vermont from the Deep South and graduated with a degree in Human Nutrition and Foods from UVM in the mid-1980s. She lives in Waterbury Center and Burlington with her wonderful husband, John, and has three incredible kids. She is a fool for outdoor adventures, fiber arts, and any activities that relate to food - gardening, preserving, cooking and eating!
