Quinn Karley is the Program Coordinator for the Master's in Leadership for Sustainability program at the UVM Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and caring environment for students by providing outreach and assistance for student needs and challenges. During her career in Higher Education, she has worked to open the first GLBT Center on RIT's campus, and created an Academic Coaching model for the Rochester City Scholar's Program to support first-generation and low-income students as they transition and navigate the systems of Higher Education. She has also provided advising and program management to a diverse group of Graduate Students in the Saunders College of Business programs at RIT. Quinn also loves the outdoors and is an adjunct teacher in the RIT Wellness program.
