Actively seeking experiences in and out of the classroom to build your skills, enhance your professional experience and widen the circle of people you know in your field(s) of interest will also help to inform your steps after graduating from the Rubenstein School. RSENR Career Counselor & Internship Coordinator, Anna Smiles-Becker, works directly with Rubenstein students to assist in your career exploration.
Career exploration is a personal research project
Opportunities for you to explore your interests, skills and career ideas include individual meetings with Anna, alumni panels, internship and job search workshops, as well as workshops or information sessions hosted by visiting employers. Much of this exploration will be a personal research project. Additionally, you should utilize the vast array of resourses offered through the UVM Career Center including annual Fall and Spring Job Fairs held at the Davis Center.
