Throughout my 60+ years in this earthly body, I have experienced and received valuable teachings about human vitality and suffering. I feel honored to share my little discoveries and humble gifts with anyone interested in improving their life, health and wellbeing.

It was 1996, when I first discovered the magic of Reiki and Yoga. As I connected with these life-changing gems, my heart opened (among other things) and I became more spacious and loving. Fast forward 30 years… Reiki and Yoga continue to inspire expansiveness.

In 2013, midst a transformative life coach training in Costa Rica, I was inspired to learn the art of hypnosis. In 2016, I became certified in Hypnosis through the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists). When I became skilled at using hypnosis to engage the subconscious and superconscious, my ability to help other humans to make life changes blossomed, and continues to flourish.

In 2024, I added breathwork to my offerings following a fabulous Teacher training with David Elliott. I love this addition. Its vibrant and transformative.

The positive transformational effects I witness when I practice healing with others it both fascinating and encouraging. Our creativity and conscious connections are full of potential and I love co-creating in this field and serving in this way!

I also love being in nature (hiking, walking, observing), hanging with my family & friends, playing pickleball, reading, learning… so much!
