About Jonah Bayer

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, interpersonal communication and creative blocks. Before becoming a therapist, I spent two decades in the music industry, so I understand the pressures of creative work, collaboration and creativity. I help people stuck in overthinking, emotional reactivity or relationship stress build practical tools to slow things down, regulate emotions and communicate more clearly. I also address the emotional and relational challenges of creative careers and group dynamics.

I help people clarify their values and create a roadmap toward meaningful change. Together we identify triggers, understand emotional patterns and build practical coping skills. My trauma-informed approach draws from DBT, EMDR and mindfulness-based therapies to support emotional regulation, resilience and real-life growth.

If you’re feeling stuck, mentally overloaded, or caught in repeating patterns, therapy offers space to understand what’s happening and respond differently. My work is practical and collaborative. We focus on emotional regulation, communication and the pressures of relationships, collaboration and creative work.
