About Ginger Nickerson

Hello! I am an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach trainee. I have completed UVM’s Health Coaching training and am gathering practice hours to qualify to sit for the National Board Exam. I would love to partner with you to reach your goals for health and wellness. I provide warm, nonjudgemental support and reflection as you explore the kinds of changes that you want to make. Together, we’ll create a vision for how you want your life to feel. We'll map out a path to get there. Then, we'll experiment to see what changes work best for you.

As someone with immune and autoimmune disease myself, I am particularly interested in supporting people with chronic health conditions. Outside of coaching, I work in forestry. I have an active meditation practice and I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as I can.
