About Carly Anderson

Carly Anderson is a registered nurse, end-of-life educator, and consultant specializing in communication, grief, and decision-making in emotionally complex situations. Her work is shaped by a unique combination of clinical healthcare experience and more than 15 years as a nationally certified ASL interpreter, where she has worked in high-stakes medical and personal environments requiring clarity, neutrality, and deep presence.

Across these roles, Carly has developed a strong ability to recognize patterns in human response, including how people process information, navigate uncertainty, and make decisions under pressure. She is particularly interested in the intersection of communication, emotional regulation, and systems-level stress, both for individuals and professionals.

Carly’s approach is grounded, practical, and relational. She is known for creating spaces where people feel steady enough to think clearly, reflect honestly, and engage with difficult topics without overwhelm. Her work draws from trauma-informed principles and focuses on supporting both individuals and professionals in navigating grief, end-of-life experiences, and complex care dynamics.

She is the founder of Bridge & Bloom, where she provides education, consultation, and structured reflective tools for professionals and communities seeking more sustainable ways to engage in high-pressure, emotionally demanding work.
