campus University Row

Congratulations, and Welcome to Catamount Country! You are now a member of the University of Vermont community, and we are so happy to have you.

So you’re in, what’s next? The answer is simple—attend a UVM Orientation Session! For folks unable to attend a session earlier in the summer, our August Orientation program offers you a chance to meet key staff members and other incoming students, have your questions answered, register for courses, and learn more about resources available on campus as well as ways to get involved.

The August Orientation Program on Friday, August 23rd, 2019 is for both first-time first year students who are unable to attend an Orientation session in June, and for transfer students who have not attended another summer Transfer Orientation session at UVM.

Orientation is free for students.  While students learn about life at UVM, family members can also attend the program (indicated at time of registration).
