Remote Sensing Analyst

Cale is a remote sensing analyst at the Rubenstein School's Spatial Analysis Laboratory (SAL). In this role, he uses automated mapping techniques to analyze complex remotely sensed data and extract meaningful information for land cover mapping projects.

Cale earned an undergraduate degree in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2012 and a graduate degree in Geographic Information Systems, with a focus in remote sensing, from Penn State University in 2019.

Cale grew up in Vermont, and he currently lives in and works from Colorado. In his spare time, he can be found exploring the Rocky Mountains.
