Susan M. Brengle

Elected to the Board by the self-perpetuating board in 2022. Term expires in March 2028. Born in New York City, NY. Educated at UVM, BA, Economics, 1985. Susan is the former head of client relationships and business development for Income Research + Management. Prior to joining Income Research + Managment in December 2022, Susan was the managing director, head of client and consultant relations and strategy for Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Prior to Morgan Stanley’s acquisition of Eaton Vance Corporation in March 2021, she was the head of Eaton Vance’s institutional business in North America for six years, having joined Eaton Vance in 2006 as the Head of Global Relationship Management. She is also a member of Morgan Stanley’s Global Diversity Committee. Susan began her career in the financial services industry in 1986. Before joining Eaton Vance, she spent 19 years at MFS Investment Management in a number of roles, including international business director, senior relationship manager and equity product specialist and was a member of the institutional management team committee. Susan is a member of the UVM Grossman School of Business Board of Advisors and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Ipswich, MA Education Foundation, Wellspring House, Gloucester, MA and Ipswich, MA Youth Soccer. She is married to Andrew C. Brengle and resides in Ipswich, MA. Susan and Andrew have three children: Robert, Emily and Miles.
