Johannah Leddy Donovan

Elected to the Board by the Vermont State Legislature in 2005 for a six-year term ending in March 2011. Re-elected by the Vermont State Legislature in 2017. Term expires in March 2023. Born in Burlington, Vermont. Educated at Trinity College, Burlington, Vermont, B.A., 1967. Member, Vermont House of Representatives, 2001-2020, with service on the Ways and Means and Joint Fiscal Committees. Retired Teacher, Vermont Adult Learning. Legislative Member, New England Board of Higher Education. Johannah has six children, (three UVM graduates along with a granchild who graduated in 2022) and currently has one grandchild attending UVM.
