Mr. Michael Palaza (Retired Lieutenant Colonel) commissioned as an Infantry Officer in 1991 from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. His twenty two and half years include the following assignments: Rifle & Scout Reconnaissance Platoon Leader assignments with the 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum New York – with deployments to Somalia and Haiti. Rifle Company and Headquarters Company Commands with the 172nd Separate Infantry Brigade, Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Northeast Regional Commander of Admissions at West Point, Division Training Officer with the 10th Mountain Division with deployment to Afghanistan, Army Operations at the Pentagon, and Professor of Military Science at the University of Vermont.

Mr. Palaza currently serves as the Recruiting Operations Officer for the Green Mountain Battalion. He lives in Colchester, Vermont with his wife and two daughters.
