Dr. Vallett is an Evaluation Specialist for the University of Vermont Transportation Research Center and serves as the evaluator for the Northeast Transportation Workforce Center.  Carol has worked in higher education for nearly 25 years at both the community college and university level and currently orients her work in the fields of program evaluation, instructional technology integration, digital research and positive organizational scholarship.  Her previous work with the TRC was the developmental evaluation of the Transportation Education Development Pilot Program. In addition to her evaluation work with the University of Vermont Transportation Research Center, she is also currently working on NSF and Department of Labor funded evaluation projects.  She is a member of the American Educational Research Association and the American Evaluation Association.
