The University of Vermont's Environmental Sciences major combines a natural science-based core curriculum with hands-on experience needed to identify, analyze, and solve environmental problems. Instructors are active environmental research scientists. Classroom encounters with environmental scientists who are leaders in their field are heightened by hands-on field and service-learning opportunities.
