PeopleSoft HR will be down for an upgrade starting at 5pm on Thursday, March 28. The system will be unavailable on Friday, March 29 and will reopen to users on Monday, April 1.
Please plan to have any time-sensitive transactions completed in the system before the Thursday evening downtime.
Both the semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls for the end of March will be complete on March 27 ahead of the upgrade. Time entry for 3/29 can be completed on Monday 4/1 and will cause no disruption in payment to employees. If there any questions regarding the payroll cycle before or during the upgrade please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Users can expect little to no change in either functionality or the user interface.
