We will attempt to help you resolve your technical issue remotely. If we cannot, then we will direct you to schedule a time to drop off your device with us at the Tech Center, I117 Ira Allen Chapel. Drop-offs will be available by appointment only, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. You will not be allowed to remain with your device, and we will contact you when the service is complete.
