Dear Undergraduate Students,

We are at a critical point in the semester.

Vermont cases continue to rise (view current activity), and these spikes are occurring close to campus. Because we want to continue in-person campus classes and activities, I am asking for your continued commitment to the Green and Gold Promise

With Halloween upon us, if you choose to participate in activities please keep 3 things in mind:

Be Safe. Participate in UVM Fright Week events as UVM-sponsored events will follow COVID-19 safety guidelines.

Be Kind. Be thoughtful of the costumes that you or your friends wear as they can be offensive to other cultures if portrayed in an inappropriate or mocking fashion.

Be Aware. The misuse of alcohol, cannabis, or other drugs can impact your health, safety and decision-making.

As always, wear a mask, keep six feet of distance, and get your COVID-19 test every seven days. We’re in the home stretch and appreciate your dedication to our community.

Thank you,

Annie
