- You will need to have the book Titles and ISBN numbers to enter into
the form - (can be found on the bookstore
website)

If you cannot access the eBook request form, you can send an
email to eBook@uvm.edu with the following information for each of the
text books you would like converted;
- Title, Author, ISBN (found on
back cover near barcode) and the Version or Edition number
