Our Strategy | LCOM Office of Inclusive Excellence | The University of Vermont(title)

Our work is informed by a strategic plan developed in collaboration with university and clinical partners, which employs metrics established through a campus climate survey and various other data points to identify our goals.

The triennially administered UVM Campus Climate Survey is a vital tool for understanding the perceptions and experiences of the Larner community. It helps identify strengths and areas needing improvement, and measures progress on key inclusive excellence initiatives. The data collected informs strategic plans across the university, with the goal of creating a more equitable and inclusive campus environment.
