Request a PGP Recovery Token
Recovery tokens are available to all PGP-protected computers that successfully enroll with UVM's central PGP server. To request a recovery token, create a FootPrints ticket. If needed, the UVM Computing Helpline can assist in creating a FootPrint but cannot issue a recovery token. You will need to speak with ETS Account Services to verify your identity before a token may be issued. Account Services can only issue tokens during their normal business hours.
