\nMicrosoft Forms integrates with PowerPoint, enabling you to embed interactive forms and quizzes directly into your slides, allowing for deeper engagement with your audience and real-time feedback collection without leaving PowerPoint. For those who have used Mentimeter, Kahoot, or Slido, this functionality may be familiar.<\/p>\n

You can insert forms or quizzes by adding a new form or by selecting from your existing forms. Participants can respond by following a link or scanning the QR code displayed on the slide, and responses can be shown live during the presentation.<\/p>\n \t\t

Embed an MS Form into PowerPoint<\/h2>\n \t\t
\r\n \t\t\tAllow anyone to respond to the form<\/span> \t\t\t \t\t\t\t

\r\n \t\t\t\t\tBy default, a new MS Form or Quiz will require that the users responding be signed into our tenant. To speed up response collection, change the settings in your form to allow anyone to respond. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n

  1. On a blank slide in PowerPoint, click the Insert<\/strong> tab then select Forms

  2. Choose New Form<\/strong>, New Quiz<\/strong>, or select an existing form<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Poll your audience with the QR code during the presentation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n \t\t

    \r\n \t\t\t\t\tEach question type (multiple choice, text entry, ranked, etc.) has modes for visually displaying them to the audience. For example, you can have a text entry question display in either a word cloud, or a scroll-able list. \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n \t\t\t \t\t\t\r\n \t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\n
