Overview<\/h2>\n

Student have the ability to view and request their academic records, using myUVM to access the University’s Self-Service system. Majority of records can be accessed using the Academic Records<\/strong> card in myUVM. This card will be available to incoming<\/strong>, current<\/strong>, and former students<\/strong>, as well as support staff in the Office of The Registrar.<\/p>\n

Academic Program Information<\/h2>\n

Students can review their program information using either myUVM’s Profile Page or using Self-Service’s Student Record Page. Directions are provided for both methods below.<\/p>\n

Self-Service will provide the most accurate information for a student’s current program.

  1. Navigate to your myUVM Dashboard\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Click the profile icon, located in the top right<\/em>\"show<\/li>\n
  3. Click the View Profile<\/strong> link<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. The Profile Page will open, a student’s program information will be under the Academic Details<\/strong> section<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2. Search for the Academic Records<\/strong> card<\/li>\n
      3. Follow the Program Information\u00a0<\/strong>link, Self-Service will open in a new browser tab<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. The\u00a0Student Information for Current Term <\/strong>page will display your #95 or #96 number, email, advisor, and academic level and program<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Student Grades<\/h2>\n

          Students can view their final grades kept on record using Self-Service, accessed through myUVM.<\/p>\n
