Users can keep track of individual or group tasks, configure reminders, and add additional details to each task, including steps, a description, comments, and tags.<\/p>\n<p>Entries can be viewed in the default board view, but also in an Excel-like grid view, a chart view which offers some analytics on the plan, and through a schedule view which offers a calendar with upcoming events plotted.<\/p>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--info  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\">Gantt Charts and some other features require Planner Premium<\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tUVM has a pool of Planner Premium licenses available upon request. Below, we&#8217;ve linked to some articles that address common questions.<\/p>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--alert  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\">Plans cannot be moved from one group to another<\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tIf you associate a plan with a group, or share a new plan with other individuals , you can&#8217;t later associate it with another group or team. You can copy a plan to another group, but assignees and some other task data will be lost.     \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<h3>Creating a new Plan<\/h3>\n<p>Two common ways to create a new plan are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adding a plan to an existing Teams channel, which also grants everyone in that team access to the plan.
